Do you offer outdoor seating?  

• Yes, we have a large outdoor patio with ample seating​. 

What type of cuisine do you specialize in?

• Turncoat offers a curated menu of gourmet small plates that perfectly complement its expertly crafted cocktails. The cuisine reflects a blend of sophistication and creativity, featuring dishes with a modern twist to elevate the speakeasy experience. This focus on high-quality ingredients and bold flavors ensures that your visit is as memorable for the food as it is for the ambiance and drinks​.

Accessibility and Parking:

Do you have a dedicated parking lot?

• YES!

  • To enter the parking lot from Wisconsin: Turn onto Western Ave or Willard Ave (They are parallel).

  • From Western or Willard , turn onto Friendship Avenue. The entrance to the garage is located to the left of Bloomingdales.

  • The Heights Food Hall is accessible from every parking level through the main elevator.

  • Proceed to Gray PLAZA Street Level G to visit the Shops and The Heights Food Hall.

  • Upon exiting the Main Elevator Lobby, turn Left and continue toward Whole Foods.​

  • The Heights Food Hall will be on your right.

• To enter from Whole Foods Parking Level: Follow the signage in the elevator to Whole Foods.

  • Exit to Wisconsin Avenue. Proceed up the stairs to your right. 

  • The Heights Food Hall will be at the top of the stairs, enter the patio, Turncoat is the door farthest to the right.

Is parking free?

• This a paid parking garage; validation is available for the first two hours of parking with any $10 purchase at Turncoat or The Heights Food Hall. ​

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

• Yes.​

Reservations and Seating:

How can I make a reservation?

• Please contact Events@commonplategroup.com for all reservations and large party events.

Do you accept walk-ins?

• We welcome them.​

Can you accommodate large groups?

• For large party reservations of 14 and above, please contact Events@commonplategroup.com. 

• We also accomodate private events of up to 60 guests indoors and 150 in the summer months. ​For large party reservations of 14 and above, please contact Events@commonplategroup.com

Menu and Dietary Needs:

Do you have a kids menu?

• We do not, but The Heights Food Hall and Urbano have many selections available for little ones.

Can you cater to dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)?

• Yes.

Do you offer any daily specials?

• Yes. We offer Happy Hour,  Thirsty Thursday (Half Off Wine by the Bottle) and Cocktail Connections.

Can I request substitutions on menu items?

• We will accommodate any dietary restrictions and preferences to the best of our ability.

Payment and Pricing:

What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you host private events or catering services?

• We host a variety of private events and catering services in ALL our spaces: The Heights Food Hall, The Heights Bar, Turncoat - A Speakeasy Bar, and Urbano Tex-Mex. Whether it is a company party, ​private happy hour, team building dinner, birthday celebration, or networking event, we have experienced planners with all your event solutions.

Can you provide a customized menu for events?

• We currently cater to a variety of menus: from large group office orders, to customized pre-fixed dinner menus, to passed hors d'oeuvres and small bites.​
